“Thank you for you helpful yet discreet presence and for all the love that has gone into making this place very special indeed.” Christie and Florian, Germany.
There is a big plump–cushioned sofa to curl up on in front of the wood burning stove and enjoy the view down to the sea. Wireless broadband internet access, TV, Sky free-to-view, DVD player, a small collection of films, music system and CD’s will ensure those who hate board games (also provided) will be happy whatever the weather. Underfloor heating under the Caithness stone keeps the cottage warm.
The kitchen cupboards contain locally crafted pottery and a good range of cooking utensils. There is a fridge, stove, microwave and everything you need should you decide to eat in.
The canopied bed with feather duvet, pillows and crisp cotton bedding ensure a good nights sleep. We have allergenic alternatives should you require. There is a small dressing room which is suitable for a cot which we can provide. The bathroom has bath with a power shower, plump towels, organic hand-made soap and a bathrobe hangs on the back of the door.
The cottage is divided from Stable Cottage by a spacious utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, hanging space, garden furniture, bbq and doubles as a log store for both cottages, also useful for bikes.
